I have had this service since they took over the service from my previous provider. I haven't had any issues with our service except once and they were out in within 24 hrs and replaced the part and we were back up and running. It was great!! We trust Secom and their service!!

Barry installed our SECOM dish this past week. He arrived on time and we discussed the options for placement of the dish. We decided to place the dish on a pole and not on the house. Barry was very personable and completed the installation without any problems. I was really impressed with his work and professionalism. Our internet works great and I look forward to the services SECOM will provide.
