I would say of all the builders around best bang for your buck is one of these till houses.

Original appointment was for Monday for repair. Crack grew substantially by Saturday morning and I emailed to change to replacement from repair. I showed up for 10:30 monday appointment to find out no one checked emails and store had no glass. Rescheduled for Friday morning at 7. Was told glass replacement could take up to 2 and a half hours. Replacement took half that time. Workmanship seems to be excellent.

This is a beautiful, classy, community. It had a warm feeling about it. The sales rep that took care of us was Ann Marie McNally. She couldn't be more professional, caring and sweet. She pleasantly and patiently took us around and gave us an overview of all the models, options and pricing. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. When we left, we were told that we were WELCOME to come back and that she would take the time to go over all options and pricing so we can get an idea if we can afford the model we liked in detail and were not obligated or feel that we had to buy. It was almost as if my own relative worked there and gave us extra special attention. I hope that Toll Brothers Builders know her work ethics and the care she shows individuals.

right next to the parkway. I mean many backyards with 12 foot structures and fencing that still was visible from the parkway. outrageously high pricing when compared to what was advertised on-line.
