The Savvior team developed the online senior care business that I manage, Caregogi. Our team went into business with Savvior skeptical, as we had been burnt by an incapable developer before. Caregogi has complex scheduling features, a database that updates in real time, a matching algorithm, and much more. Completely unprofessional. The staff was constantly pointing the finger at us(us the client, who paid highly for their services)for error their developers made. It's hard to believe they can keep any clients.

I truly hope they take a few training courses in client management and apply this knowledge to the ones who keep them in business, the consumer.

Response: The only thing fake here, is that after I posted this review, you had your friends and family post reviews to bump up your ratings. Buyer beware.

Due to a error in our accounting, we inadvertently missed three payments totaling a “substantial amount due” of $90 (according to Savvior) So instead of calling us to discuss, they simply took our entire website and email system down over the 4th of July holiday marking it in bold letters to our customers ACCOUNT SUSPENDED.
We tried contacting them numerous times via phone, text and email but they didn’t return our pleas.
