Our main issue with Sunnova lay in regard to the sale of a home. When you sell your home with solar panels on it, there is a transfer of ownership and financial responsibility that goes to the seller. We called Sunnova before our house was sold to inform them of the sale and gave to them the contact information of the buyers. Our house sold and weeks later I called them to ask why I was still paying for the panels, and they apparently had not done anything about the transfer. They are very passive and will have you keep paying while doing nothing. Eventually after I contacted the buyers and multiple phone calls to Sunnova, the transfer went through a few months later. They then refused to have me reimbursed for the additional payments we made after the sale of the home. Outright fraud.

I'm not from here but some of these reviews are getting this place mixed up with Sunnova, so I wanted to give a 5 star review to help educate people and even out the ratings. I used to be an analytical lab tech myself and want to make sure these places aren't being misrepresented as they work hard and help to create a real change in the world.

Hit and miss on who you get on the customer service libe! Just needed 1 thing done and they wouldnt help, kept pushing me to only request info onlune or in app, both which are painful to use and hard to navigate. Worst experience ever, car salesmen are better than this

The worst customer service you will ever talk to. It has been a month to process the transfer for the service and after we moved to our new house they telling us that a balance owed by the previous owner that we have to pay, we requested copy of the bill and they cannot give us because we're not the owners yet. And they wont compete the transfer because of the amount owed.
NO SENSE.
we have been hours on the phone with the unknowable agent that can't help or even say one sentence together.

DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL PAY FOR IT!
