Sam is amazing and responsive. I have a urgent issue with my desktop, and when I called early in the morning, he immediately picked up and treated it as utmost priority. He made sure I downloaded a software to see my CPU was not overheating before he came by. And he came by to help very shortly and his pricing is reasonable. He cares and seems very sincere. Will go back to him for other desktop issues. Thank you so much Sam for EVERYTHING!! No wonder he gets 5 star everywhere. Highly Recommend!!

Fantastic! Sam's IT Solutions was a lifesaver! I needed mobile IT help fast, and Sam arrived at my office promptly and with a smile. He quickly & professionally addressed several issues with my printer, my internet access, and even showed me some Mac hacks to make my work easier. Sam also found some hardware I needed online, and sent me the specs to save me the time of searching for it myself. In one hour all my issues were resolved. Highly recommend Sam’s IT Solutions!

He went above and beyond for my PC repair request, with both expertise and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix the issue, but he also offered advice on new graphics card and parts, and retreived the hard drive from an old laptop I wanted to recycle.

The convenience of his at-home mobile repair service is unmatched, and I found his pricing to be very reasonable for the quality of work and personalized care he provided. Sam’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly sets him apart.

Very happy with service. Was able to get my computer up and running, recover data, and install water cooling all within a timely manner. Def my first call if I have issues in the future and would recommend. Also very responsive, called twice outside of normal working hours and got back to me within 10 min

I recently had issues with my pc's cooling system, but Sam was able to fix it right away. I was a little hesitant of him coming to my house but he's very nice and reliable was able to fix my issue at a good price. If I have any more problems in the future, I definitely use his services again.

When I called in, I spoke to... Sam! He was exceptionally available and helpful. We figured out the pieces I needed to repair my laptop screen/hinge. He sent me the links of what specifically I should purchase, so I had the chance to shop around if I wanted to. Repair was fast, exactly as expected, and he even managed to salvage my screen so that I could return one of the replacement pieces. I would absolutely come back here if something else breaks.

Office is not labeled, but it is exactly where it claims to be, in suite 710 (Executive Offices).

I had an excellent experience with Sam's. My desktop was overheating and I sent them an email asking if they do desktop cleaning. Sam recommended an affordable liquid cooler to solve my overheating problem. I went to his place dropped off my desktop, and picked it up the next day. Sam is not only professional, and knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain the process. I would definitely come back to him if I have any more problems in the future, and I highly recommend Sam to everyone for any IT support needs!

Echoing the choir here.. but Sam went so far above and beyond, with such kindness, that I had to add my voice to the masses... Sam, thank you for coming TO my house, on minutes notice, and spending SO long trying to do what you could to support me with the laptop that had completely burnt out... I work from home and my device holds my livelihood-- he was able to retrieve everything for me, upload all my files for easy access, and advise me quickly on the best laptop to replace it, at a lower price than I likely otherwise would have spent. Sam even tried not to charge me his regular rate since the computer was unsalvageable. What a consummate professional. I am so grateful.
