Not sure what happened to this company and their payout system but I’m getting pretty fed up. I’ve done two studies in the past month and I have yet to hear a thing payment wise. My first study was on October 7th. I was on call for about two hours, didn’t hear a word about compensation for almost two weeks. I finally redeemed the points in my wallet on October 18th and haven’t been compensated since then. I reached out, they told me the money would take up to 20 days to process. Well, it’s been a month! So where’s my money? My second study was last week. I never expected to be compensated immediately, but waiting an entire month is ridiculous. I had good experiences with this company in the past, but they seem to have made a steep decline since being changed to Sago.

I did a study for them on October 14, 2024 and still have not been paid for my time. Every other market/research company pays you the same day. I called 3 times with no response. Come on Sago do better!!!!!!!

I recently participated in a study. From the start of the check in process I felt it unorganized. There wasn't enough people for the check in process, which caused a delay. Dealing with Carmen was very easy and I received my payment very quickly! The only easy part of the study was receiving payment.

The place is ok & the studies can be enjoyable. But if you need the money fast don't bother. Their payment system is absolutely ridiculous. It starts out as points that take a week to receive, then you redeem them for a virtual or physical card which then "processes" forever. By the time you actually get paid for your participation can take 2 months.

My experience with SAGO was quite disappointing. The entire check-in process was incredibly unorganized and slow. I arrived on time, but ended up waiting much longer than necessary because no one seemed to know what was going on. The lack of coordination was frustrating, and it felt like they didn’t value my time at all. To make matters worse, the staff at the facility had a noticeable attitude. Rather than being helpful or apologetic about the delays, they were dismissive and unprofessional, which only added to the negative experience.

However, I want to give credit where it’s due. Carmine, was a rare exception. I spoke to him on the phone and, He was polite, efficient, and did his best to make the situation better despite the chaos at the facility. Although I only spoke to him on the phone, He truly went above and beyond, which stood out against the otherwise unhelpful team at the facility. If SAGO could operate with more employees like Carmine, it might not be such a frustrating place to deal with. Unfortunately, though, the overall experience left much to be desired.

I did a study October 4th and another on November 11, I have not been paid for either of them. Impossible to get in touch with anyone, emails are ignored and I checked the BBB - there have been over 700 complaints filed in the last year- I'll be filing my complaint tomorrow. This is no way to run a business, they received services but refuse to pay.

Dont waste your time. They had me take off of work to come to a focus group and then didn't answer any of their phones when I called to confirm or call me back. I showed up only to be turned away and they cannot confirm when anyone will get paid from the study. This is a total scam.

Does not pay as promised. Recomend anyone seeing this file a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General. Study said payment in 3 to 4 weeks. Going on 6 weeks+. No response to emails. Facebook page has hundreds of complaints of those not paid. Tried facebook and they said someone will contact me, still waiting.

Did some digging and I have thier clients info. Will try calling/emailing thier client and blowing up thier clients social media. Maybe that will get thier attention
