I had a late night pregnancy craving for the signature select Rocky road ice cream but they were out in the freezer section. I went up to Keith (one of the workers) and asked him if they by chance had any in the back, but I didn't want to bother him. He quickly went to go find some and when I went to go see, Timmy(one of the managers) was digging through new stock still in boxes to find me the ice cream! It was fantastic and it absolutely made my night! Great service! Wonderful staff! 10 out of 10 recommend this Safeway!

Exceptionally poor customer service from employees in general. Signature cafe in particular leaves a lot to be desired. Basic food selections with very limited healthy foods and organic food selections. Management seems to be remiss in their employee hiring in terms of work ethic, ability to process information, and customer service interactions. Of note: John O. Is helpful, polite, never portrays a attitudinal persona when assisting customers. He needs to be utilized in training new staff, and should be rewarded!

Excellent produce section, nice deli and bakery items including cakes and donuts. Gluten free section too. Rotisserie chickens and wings to go.

This small Safeway might fool you from the outside. There is almost everything you could possibly need here. ✅ Compact yet extremely well organized with plenty of staff to help you.

The produce section was more organized than I have ever seen. ?
There must be some good management here is all the employees seem to be engaged with what they were doing and aware of all the customers.

The only odd thing I noticed was the locking bathroom... But, before I could ask for help and employee said "Need help opening it?"

Also, right across the street from the historic Wigwam Motel.

As a foreigner, this is my first time visiting Safeway. There are a variety of fresh fruits and foods. After finishing the paying, i asked the staff where to put the basket, and he told me that he would take care of it with a smile face.

I love this Safeway. It's probably not much different than other Safeways, but the Staff is amazing. The management actually cares when you bring something to their attention. The guy who runs the produce section is top notch, fruits and veggies always look really nice.

Store seems clean enough. Cashier was too busy talking to the bagger when I greeted her. Very rude. Other than not not a bad store.

Stopped here for a grocery refresh during a long roadtrip. Staff were really friendly and helpful. James helped me pick a few groceries that I was stuck on and was overall really pleasant. Didn’t get anyone else’s names but just a good Safeway…gave me a really positive impression of Holbrook
