I been doing my taxes with them for about 17 years and I will not be returning ever again. I get that every year changes when doing direct deposit. But do you go from $120 to $320. Basically she told me that everything went up. I told her to take it from my refund because i wasn’t going to bank. I saw people doing that and if they only knew. She owe it’s because she didn’t claim money to the irs during Covid. She was trying to convince me to go to the bank but I didn’t and she said the bank is going to charge me a lot. So I got my taxes and the bank did not charge me at all. I was only charged $290. People do your research

These people are not to be trusted they lied about doing my taxes then wouldn't respond to my calls or email. Then lied about computer being broken. Took weeks to hear from them to only find out my taxes were not done and tax season was over and they never told me. To top it off the the amount I was going to get from them was 500 less then the other place I went to so they must be stealing money. You would think they would purchase a new computer with all that money they stealing. Be aware of this place.

I don’t understand how they are still in business. Very unprofessional and have been getting over for years. You will end up owing the irs if you allow this scheming business to handle your taxes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

UPDATE: I was upset that I trusted your business to be up front and honest with me after I explained the situation you guys put me in previous years! This “business” cannot be trusted. If your looking for a trustworthy tax company go elsewhere. My new preparer even told me their business was not done properly just by overlooking my information.

I can guarantee you that they will you give you a number that won’t match and when you call them out on their “bs” you’re all of a sudden a “difficult client” LOL what a joke.

I was told by many not to trust this business. But on a great note, my new preparer was very helpful. In the end, I’m satisfied ☺️
