They constantly sell stuff in store when it has pre-bids online, they decide to skip items nearly every auction cause they don’t get the prices they want even when it has pre-bids on it and they don’t check what items people are taking out so stuff is stolen or broken. As someone who frequents auctions my entire life this is the worst run auction house I have ever been to. Pissing off their customer base is going to catch up with them or a lawsuit will.

You know this company is really sad My husband took in two Dale Earnhardt Sr pictures one was autographed the other was not. We got the runaround for almost a month I do not recommend this company to anyone. Then when I tried to call and talk to somebody there they were very rude I was trying to figure out what those two pictures were sold for they couldn't answer me they couldn't answer me about paying me for those two pictures. My husband and I are now band from them over this whole thing and that's okay because you know what I will not take nothing back to them. Those two pictures were worth more than what they sold it for especially the autographed one was over $350 and was sold for 60 The other one they sold for 15 are cut was $35 and yes I understand they got to make their money as well but come on now I could have made more money off those two Dale earnhard pictures sold them on marketplace or offer up.

I purchased item from this auction house, I left several messages on the phone number I have sent text messages with out any success. I received an email stating my home address was fraudulent address ? . I haven't received my item yet. I hope the best to any buyers. My self i will never going to buy anything from this auction house.

Buyer beware. Poorly run auction house with rude staff and terrible policies. 1st time we won a lot here we got a steal on something and they tried to not honor our purchase because of “an issue with their app”. They have a 1 day pickup window and threatened to relist my item within 30 HOURS of
purchasing it. On top of that the lady who runs it is rude and condescending. We deal with many auction houses (in AZ and out of state) and this is by far the worst. Buy from here only if you have to…

UPDATE (6/25): Almost immediately after posting my initial review, an employee from R&R call me and told me that they would be mailing a check to me for the remaining balance of what I was owed from March. I did receive the check in the mail and I consider this matter resolved. Overall, I personally would not recommend this company but they did in the end pay me what I was owed so I thought that was worth noting here.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I consigned items with this company. Several of my items were sold, paid, and shipped. This company still has not paid me. I was told that a previous order had a chargeback placed on it by one of their customers. That issue is between the auction house and it's customer but they are trying to screw me over. So buyer beware, these people are dishonest and rude. The owner is only available 1 hour a day apparently and still has not called me back to address this issue.

Liars and thieves. SELLER BEWARE!
They will charge you for items not sold even if you pick them up promptly - regardless of what they tell you when you drop them off. I spoke with them regarding the items I consigned with them at time of drop off. I was perfectly clear that I did not want to leave anything that wouldn't sell. I was emphatic about this more than once. I was urged to leave everything because they said they would only charge me if they didn't sell AND I didn't pick them up. Liars. I was prompt and communicative about picking up my checks and the remaining items, yet they charged me $5 for every lot that didn't sell. Dishonesty from the beginning. Also, I had to make all the calls to find out what was going on. My first call after more than a month of hearing nothing from them, I come to find out that I have a check waiting for me. Then, I asked to have it mailed, and two weeks later they still haven't mailed it. When I picked up the items and the shorted checks, they didn't give me the first check until I specifically had to ask for it. What kind of business is this? A crooked one. SELLER BEWARE! I highly advise finding another consignment shop.

I asked them on a Monday if I could come by and pick up unsold items. They said yes and when I went in on Wednesday to pick up up they had already thrown my stuff away calming they didn’t think I was coming to get. They didn’t even attempt to contact me to confirm whether or not I was coming, even though it had only been one day.

Horrible customer service all the way around! Owner is rude about everything and acts like she's bothered by any little thing you do or say. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAYBE YOUR RATINGS WOULD BE BETTER! AVOID THIS DUMP!
