I'm never the type to write reviews, but I did have an experience here that left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The morning after an Apple Genius bar appointment for my computer not charging, my computer fully crashed. I took my laptop to RNRPC because I thought maybe an Apple employee had messed it up during the repair.

I spoke to Richard for about 10 minutes and he was super gracious and helpful. I paid the $150 advance diagnosis charge and left my computer with him. I walked out the door and was about to leave and thought to myself that I really think that Apple might have messed up my computer and I should see if they can repair it for free before paying for a 3rd party repair.

I spoke to Richard, explained this, and asked for the computer back. He said (and I believe him) that his superior would not let him return the money I had paid but he would if he could. Keep in mind we spoke for 10 minutes and they had done no work on the computer. I begrudgingly said okay with the full intention of bringing it back to RNR if Apple couldn't do anything.

I brought my computer back to Apple and realized that they had not messed it up and it was in fact latent liquid damage, but after that experience with RNR I felt pretty off about them as a company and brought the computer somewhere else.

Make of that what you will - Richard seemed solid but the management seems off and I kinda felt fleeced out of 150.

There are not enough stars adequate enough to rate my experience with RNRPC Computer Repair. Before the Thanksgiving Holiday my son’s computer crashed. Fortunately we got in touch with Richard and he had us come in promptly. He explained his process of how during the diagnostics he would update through text message before proceeding with any repairs. After giving the go ahead the PC was repaired and we brought it home. After a mistake on our end another problem came up and the PC was crashing again. We contacted Richard and he had us bring it right back in (the day before Thanksgiving). Even being so busy and during a Holiday week the amount of accommodation Richard extended was tremendous and gracious. His professionalism is unmatched as well as his excellent communication and expertise. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of any computer or device repairs. I am a local Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Indian Wells and I know I will only rely on his company for any future repairs.

I own a custom-built gaming desktop that suddenly failed to boot up and I couldn’t troubleshoot it. I searched for nearby computer repair shop and found RNRPC.

I took the desktop the same day it failed and met Richard. I told him what happened, and he found an extremely rare failure caused by an official firmware update that caused many components not to power up. The good news is that he fixed it.

We had issues with our wifi system and had some fraudulent activity on our accounts in our office. We deal with alot of Tax Documents and PII stuff... It is critical for our clients data to be safe and we thought we had everything secured. Oh boy oh boy were we wrong. Richard was able to come in a find out there was an EVIL TWIN setup. I guess this is something hackers use to get into computers and he was able to boot them off our network and secure our systems and prevent random people from access our computers via the wifi system. I was impressed... Let me tell you... They have a life long customer now!

Richard accommodated me in less than 10 minutes, he stayed after closing to help me out . He fixed my lap top & didn’t even charge me. I had to ask 2-3 times so he finally agreed to accept lunch. A large amount of money was transferred form our Charles Schwab account and other investment portfolios... Our banks were frozen... Everything was a mess and I was severely distraught and afraid of what was happening. A friend of mine recommended Rich and sure enough he was a godsend...

They were able to contact the financial institutions and provide an FTC report number and a police report number... They also contacted the CFPB I believe to make a complaint for having credit cards opened up in our names.

They did alot more and would take too long to write everything my point being is im glad our good family friend referred us to RNRPC Repair..
