Chaang is so kind! I went in for a Live Scan about 15 minutes before closing an I thought he was going to tell me it was too late. As I walked in, he was on the phone with another customer who was saying she would probably be late, but needed her clothes items, (seemed urgent to her) and he calmly reassured that it was no problem at all and he would wait for her after closing. When he was done on the phone, he helped me right away. (Yes, he did address to me while on the phone as well, just a smile and nod understanding what I needed due to my papers, which showed me he valued the lady on the phone respectfully by not talking to me as others tend to). It was my first time doing a Live scan and he was very informative and helped me understand everything every step of the way, along with answering any questions I had. I was very nervous and anxious since I had never done it, but his demeanor made me feel a lot better. I even got the the scan completed the next day and he let me know through text! So, my employer already has it as well. Fast, kind, reliable service! 🙂 He also provides many other services like passport photos, Dry cleaning, alterations, and the Live scan, that’s all I was able to see, but very helpful!
P.S. Five stars isn’t enough!!

My SO and I were told a vacation was planned out of the country within the next couple months and had to instantly rush to get what we needed for passports. This location came highly recommended and we stopped by the Saturday after Thanksgiving to see if we could get passport photos done. We walked in and everything was extremely straight forward and easy, we were in and out in about 15 minutes and got the photos instantly. The owner was really cool and definitely knows his stuff about cameras and getting the proper lighting to prevent rejected photos vs other places. I've become one of their customers that will always recommend them in Ventura County for passport photo service.

Great spot for passport photos. Went in to get my passport picture taken because the one I had taken at my local CVS was rejected by the US Dept. of State Passport Agency. The one taken here came out MUCH BETTER. Fast and friendly service, too!
