The worst payroll company, I dont even know how they are allowed to do business as a payroll company. There is no direct way to contact anyone and each time you request a support ticket, you receive a new representative who is unfamiliar with the issue. They incorrectly filed over $7K of payroll taxes on my company's behalf for Sept 2023 and they still have not been able to get me the refund from IRS. Each time I create a support ticket a new representative gets involved and says they will follow up with IRS. Its been 18 months and no refund. Finally got through to IRS and now they tell me the payroll company has been signing the name of the agent on the amended 941-x forms without having authorization, you would imagine a payroll company knows the correct forms needed to submit an amendment, they obviously are clueless. Absolutely do not use this company for payroll , you will be sorry.

Terrible customer service. I could not log in, but the help and chat only works AFTER you log in. Finally found a phone number, called... on hold for 90 minutes, I gave up and hung up. Then I pretended to be a new customer and got
a response right away. They were nice and referred me to someone else, who said how to put in a ticket with a third person. I received a new link, and that got me a little further along, but its asking for irrelevant items that I cannot bypass. This started 4 days ago, something that should have taken 10 minutes. Still not where I need to be... to be continued...

I have been very disappointed with the implementation of payroll with Rippling. The set up was not done correctly and the individuals who were in charge of ensuring the set up was correct disappeared right after I went live. I would avoid switching your payroll to this company. Promises that were made have not been delivered. Don't let salesmen like Zach Ho trick you.

Nightmare and headache, causing us months of insurance / benefit coordination issues and piled up, rejected medical bills as a result. They are not on top of things at all.

Absolutely the worst HR/PEO you can choose. Very unprofessional, gets you signed up then fails on all promises. Team of young people that have zero experience and they couldn’t care less about their clients or YOUR employees. Bait and switch and take your funds! BEWARE!!!

By far one of the most prolific senders of unsolicited commercial email (UCE...you know...SPAM) I have encountered. I lost track of how many "Account Executives" I have talked with over multiple emails and unsubscribes, and I'm still not sure why they can not grasp even the basic concepts of the rules and common sense. Goes far into understanding their business approach and clearly would never work with them to handle any aspect of my business. Imagine how much risk they place your company in with regulators and government organizations.

And while I expect a public response to this review, like they do to others, just know that if they spent even a few seconds addressing their massive non-compliance with UCE as opposed to replying to reviews like this one, they'd show they understand.

Echoing others advice - STEER CLEAR if you're thinking of running payroll with them. Terrible. CS is outsourced and doesn't know what's happening. Cannot be trusted. Doesn't work.

Receiving unsolicited promotional mail from a random company that knows nothing about my business is a waste of everybody's time.

Including suspicious mini cookies and routing the mailing through Minnesota is a weird move.
