RIIPL has gone above and beyond to care for all of our needs. We engaged them to create an elaborate system that performs very uniquely for our organization. They've always had the highest level of service and immediate response as we worked through our transition. They have continued with state of the art care as we add to and improve the current system we now have. Our organization is always changing and growing and I wanted an IT company that would help us change and grow in real time, and RIIPL has done just that! I never feel like I'm bothering them as they seem happy to help every time I think of something new. I choose the right company for our LONG TERM needs and can't imagine working with a kinder more accommodating team! The RIIPL team is helping us completely change the fabric of our business. They act as our development Sherpas, guiding us through the process, ensuring that we get what we want even if we don't know exactly what it is we need. This team is very straightforward and forward thinking, they will do whatever is asked of them, but provide caution if they see a project/request going astray.

I jokingly told them I could not write a review because I didn't want any competition for this great resource. However, I ultimately I realized they serve many other clients and I have never received anything, but stellar customer service. We are a small company and wanted to build a complex online platform to buy and sell raw materials. We did not think we could afford such a large project but Dale and Kate were fantastic and helped us put together a game plan that allowed us to develop our software over a period of time and pay as we hit each new milestone. They've been incredible to work with and helped us through every step of the process. They pointed out things we would never have thought of and probably saved us countless hours of changes due to their insight. Although our big project is complete we continue to work with them on the smallest of projects simply because we value their opinion. An added bonus to working with them is they're extremely friendly and don't make you feel like an idiot when I ask (what surely are) dumb questions!
