My dad’s appointment went well. Selena was very nice and welcoming. She did her job very well and was patient as she went over questions. She took the time to listen and ensure that she had all info needed. Excellent job by Selena today. As usual, Dr Wong was great. Office throughput was very efficient. Everyone was courteous.

Thank y’all for everything y’all do for me. From the time I walk in to the time when I leave. Sometimes I get treated mean and I feel like I did something wrong to the staff. And when I do report the incident Natalie comes to hear me out. She is extremely caring and very nice to me. She is awesome 👏 No matter the issue I’m having she always takes care of it. I am thankful for those at this facility that spend their time and efforts to help prevent blindness for me and many others. Dr. Kim is an excellent physician and has managed my treatment for over a decade. I am 73 and still have 20/20 vision even though I have WMD. The Peakwood Clinic location also trains many young technicians. Today, one of them, Jessenia, prepared me for my injection. She was very efficient, knowledgable and pleasant. I wish her continued success.

The office manager of this office was in consistent with the level of care this facility is known for. I have spoken with her on several occasions and those times lead to an expectation which was unfortunately not completed. Natalie should honor her words and commitment carefully as patient care is paramount. I grade her a 0.

Have been coming here monthly for almost a year. I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes after I've checked in. I was assisted by Jessenia, who made sure I had the correct eye drops and dosage and is always very pleasant to talk to. She always puts me at ease before I have my procedure done by Dr. Rahman, who is very kind and always makes sure to tell me about my progress with my retinas.
