Very pleasant experience today. The new office, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable staff made the check-in and prep phases easy.
Dr Major himself was, as usual, his friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough self.
Would that all medical practitioners could duplicate this experience.

Excellent service and medical care. The staff are super professional and friendly. I arrived early and l immediately started the examination and tests. Dr. Majors is very easy to communicate with. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. James was very personable and inviting. It was my 1st appointment and I felt comfortable. The entire staff was great and professional. It's a beautiful maze of a building. Lol. Very nice.

Due to the number of locations/doctors, I was able to get a new patient appointment relatively quickly for an alarming (to me) issue. The meetings with multiple assistants for different tests and photos was seamless and quick. The explanation of what my issue was (retinal tear) and what was needed to treat it was clear (they showed me the photos of my issue and told me what was needed to prevent it from getting worse) and gave me confidence that it wasn't abnormal and they knew exactly how to handle it. I had a quick laser procedure in the same visit and am very impressed with the bedside manner and transparency of Dr. Major, his sweet assistant and all the technicians!
