Kevin and his team did a fantastic job taking the time to understand our business and put together recommendations that make sense for our small size. I'm a business owner of a small coffee shop and cash flow is always tight but spending the money for a plan was well worth it. The recommendations the team came up with I think will lead to a lot higher revenue and also make us a much better operation in general. The consultant who worked with us, Mike, was very contentious, on time, got along well with our staff and was not intrusive but instead very easy to work with. Would highly recommend at least talking to the team to get examples of how they have helped other businesses. Even if you have an idea of what you want to do, having someone who pulls it all together and writes it down can mean the difference in execution vs wishful ideas.
