Service technician was great! I locked my key fob inside my Jeep and cop told me to call a locksmith. Found this company on google and Guy who was the technician came within 20 min. Very quick and extremely nice. Unfortunately a bit pricey but I guess that’s what the rate is for an emergency. Will use them again or refer if I need a locksmith. Thanks Guy!

I would give a zero if I could. On Wed Feb 22nd 2023 (last week) Locksmith Technician Eliran Darhi was sent but he Resnick Bayonne office to complete the service of replacing my mailbox lock/key. See the attached photos of the broken lock and mess that I was left to take care after this technician claimed he completed the service. Unacceptable, I was basically ripped off. Sad to experience this poor service, level of disregard and lack of consideration.

The Resnick office admin gave me an estimate of $40-50, upon the technician’s (Eliran Darhi) arrival he said the price actually was $100 ($55 to remove the old lock and $45 for the lock he provided), the lock broke upon first open, before he even left. I messaged him to take a look and said he doesn’t have another to replace this broken lock that he provided (from his own stock), and he isn’t sure why it broke, then put the blame on me saying I asked for a “cheap” lock. From the choices he verbally presented, I said an “average” lock should be fine (either way cheap or not it should be a functioning lock that is the service I asked for). I called Resnick customer service after Eli stated he can only come back to replace if I pay an additional $115 for another “better” lock, I said no, he called again 3 (or so) more times first to offer one for $90 and then another for $50. I already spent $45 for him to give me a broken lock. This did not get resolved and I was left to handle fixing on my own. I was ripped off, so save yourself and go to a more reliable service provider.

The service was great it took a couple minutes to get to me due to the weather but once they came they unlocked my car in seconds I was soo relieved and worth the 150 dollars

Been putting off getting a new key made for my sons truck. Had an emergency needed a new lock cylinder for the truck as the key was old as you can see from photo, so that and cylinder needed replacement. ( key wouldn’t turn over and start my sons truck ) Called the dodge dealership in Freehold, told me just for the key is 288.00 with programming and installation extra. This would be at least an 5-600 job. And have to make an appointment. This dude Avi after I called came within 40 min and put in a new lock cylinder and key programmed everything for less than the dealership by a country mile. Great service. Knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He’s in my phone for any other such emergencies. 5 star all the way. Check the before and after photo.
