I brought my iMac in. Told him it was running really really slow. Without opening up the box… booting it, listening to it. Spenser said it had a bad hard drive & was unfixable. He could have sent me to the Mac shop in McKinleyville but pronounced it DOA. Mostly Macs in McKinleyville offered an estimate to resurrect the Mac at a fair price. If you have a Mac do yourself a favor & avoid Renascence.

My Macbook suddenly wouldn't turn on without being plugged in so I called Renaissance and they said they would take a look. They held onto it for a few days and were great at communicating the diagnosis/keeping me in the loop. They were able to fix it for a really good price. Saved me from having to buy a new one, so I am grateful. Would definitely recommend their services.

I can't say enough good things about Renaissance's on-site servicing. They are responsive, thorough, and time-efficient. If I didn't have help from the professional team at Renaissance, things would be a lot more difficult for me and my two servers and 14 workstations. Highly recommended!
