We've been with Jason for many years. They have occasional power issues and bandwidth issues for which they probably deserve 2 stars but... They return phone calls and fix things and provide customer service better than any IT group around. Our neighbor switched to the other wireless provider and their service is not only worse but customer service is non existent! Sure... All we want is flawless unlimited bandwidth with no issues but in 2019 it isn't available in rural areas. I highly recommend Remotely Located for their customer service and hope someday I don't need it!

I am just trying to get service. I called 5 times in the span of a week and a half, every time I talked to someone they were so friendly but “unfortunately couldn’t help me” and had to take my name and phone number where someone from sales would call me “within 24-48 hours”. Never once did I ever get a call back JUST to find out if they even service my address. So disappointing as I really need a good internet provider and just cannot find one. I have heard good things about remotely located but unfortunately I never even got the opportunity to find out. I’m done chasing the company for their business.

Called to see if service can reach out to where I live. Sit on hold for 15 minutes, then get through to a woman who doesn't know anything about the service packages. Then I ask how the location map works. She still doesn't know. Get put on hold for another 10 minutes. Then am asked to wait 1 to 2 business days for a call from billing about getting service. Service that I still haven't selected a package for. Don't know if it's the one workers incompetence, or if it reflects the company. But really pathetic customer service.
