Scamsters. ****Beware*****

The experiance started when I signed up for Regus. I have been misled my entire experiance with this company. From the initial conversation of signing this misrepresented their products and then dealing with the Cranford support center has been a nightmare. The Corporate office are in complete disarray. Communication is terrible cant get anyone on the phone.

After a year of the worst Service rude people on the phone. Lack of knowledge; and misinformed. I truely cant say who knows less because both the support team and corporate team have bad information.

I tried for.months to cancel my service. Again they arent able to do anything themselves. They tell you do it online. Everyone in their company knows it cant be done on the app and that their website isnt mobile friendly. Honestly Regus is a scam and I will follow this review with my BBB compaint.

UPDATE: REGUS is a nightmare. Not on person has a human touch, I literally have had four people copy and paste me the same speach; and not one person who trying to listen to their consumer. DONT START SERVICE WITH THEM YOUR NEVER GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT!

I'm extremely disappointed with Regis, they're hiding under contract Auto renewal policy, I had no intent to Auto renew my service even though I express many times that I want to terminate my service I still have to pay almost a full year amount to close this account. I will never do business with them again.
