My husband and I have used this place for years to refill cartridges for our two printers. Excellent prices and excellent customer service! We also bought our printers from them. Now that they are a mobile business and no longer a storefront I'll have to learn how they work to refill a laser printer cartridge.

This place is just awesome. Very first time I went I got there 10 minutes before closing and realized I forgot my wallet. He was totally cool about it and filled the cartridges while I rushed back to my place for my wallet. It took me less than 5 minutes and he was done by the time I got back. It cos less than half of what I had been paying for canon ink and they lasted longer with no . I simply cannot find a drawback. More affordable, better quality, and superior customer service. I would much rather have my money support a hard-working small business than a greedy and destructive corporation.

Honest guys & great service. They have always worked with me & backed their product! Keep in mind, if you have not used your cartridges for awhile they dry out they cannot be filled so occasionally, my cartridge dried out so I purchase an off-market from them. Refilling cartridges cost about half the cost of buying a new cartridge and saves plastic from our landfills.

Good value for printer ink. I was shopping around for printer refills online, but I didn't want to wait for shipping b/c of the season, and then I remembered about this place. Owner is a great resource, super knowledgeable about printers (and maybe computers in general, but have not had any personal experience with anything other than cartridge refills.) He has been there for 20 years. He didn't have what I needed ready right then, but he got it done in a few hours and dropped them off at my house so I didn't need to go back. 100% will always go back there. In fact, if I have an computer issues, I will call them!

My husband went in to fill two black cartridges for our Canon. He comes home with only one carton that is different than the one we came in with. On top of that it's not even reading as full! He charged $14 for one black cartridge when you can get a pack of color and black for $29 brand new! My husband said he had a bad feeling doing business with the man. That will be our one and ONLY time going there.

Refill Tech has a wonderful staff that is honest, inexpensive and polite. I've been bringing my cartridges here for years. When others say "you need to buy a new one, it can't be refilled" they were able to work their magic and save me time and money. The prices are reasonable, the staff will look at the cartridge and honestly tell you before it's too late to get a new one. There nothing better than honest businesses. I highly recommend going to Refill Tech.
