I came into town quickly due to an unexpectedly loss in my family. As an out of town family member in charge executing a will, it was such a blessing to have this company help me change the locks on my aunt's house with one-day's notice! This is hands down the worst experience I have had with any buisness or service, however, I will try to be as fair/objective as possible. I asked for a quote regarding how much it would cost to get a duplicate key for my car. It is a Honda CR-V, doesnt get much simpler, cheaper, or generic. They asked me for a bunch of information and then I was told that they were not qualified to give me a quote on how much it would cost. So they transfered me to a "technician" and they were calling while driving. It was hard to understand a word they were saying, and they told me they would be at my house in 30 minutes. I was thinking that was weird but maybe they were close by and could inspect the car and tell me how much it would cost for a small fee of coming out (somewhat foolish, I should have known at this point that there was a misunderstanding). When they showed up about 45 minutes later they did not speak good english (not their fault) and they just started making keys for my car. Mind you, I asked for a quote, not for someone to just start doing it when I was blind to how much it would cost. Well I let them do it figuring I could just get it over with and that it probably won't cost that much. Around 2.5 hours goes by, I come back out, and I am told they were not able to make a key for my car (they said that it probably has to be done at a dealership), and they hand me a key that cannot start the car and it comes out to 70 dollars total. In all fairness they were kind enough to not charge the fee for coming out, and they were pretty respectful. Still not happy with what happened, we call back and tell them that we want a key that works and they agree to come by a few days later. Well they come by a few days later and they had gone to a Honda dealership to get a key that actually works and this time they got it done correct and efficiently. While this was great and all, it was 500 dollars for a key (no remote buttons) and once again, this is a Honda CR-V. I truly do believe the employees were trying their best to make things right and they cannot change what prices are, but this is a flagrant failure in managment and training. From the way I was not given a quote when I called, to the lack of knowledge about key duplication and insane price, this was quite terrible. I could have gone to the Honda headquarters in Minato, Tokyo for a cheaper key. Avoid this service for key duplication, you are better off going to the Honda dealer. They need to step up their game.

I locked my keys in my car and called this locksmith to help. They connected me to someone who could help super quickly, and Aharon called with updates on his ETA and showed up on time. He got into my car in less than five minutes and was super efficient. I hope I don’t ever do this again, but if I do I’m calling these guys!

We lost our key, we were technically out of the service area of Evergreen in Georgetown. The tech who came out was a nice guy, quoted us a price that we were willing to pay. When he got to our location, he did all of the necessary things to get us into our car and started. He had trouble with the door lock, not the ignition. He told me it looked like someone had messed with my lock at some point.
The key that I had, always opened the door either with the key itself, or the fob. He unscrewed the lock out of the door,, and took it to his van. He told us that he most likely would have to make us two keys. One for the ignition and one for the door.
He came back, put the lock back in the door. Then said he was done.
Now I cannot lock, or keep any valuables in my car. I do not have a key to open my car door.
I know it is my fault I lost my fob. But I received no fob, which the tech stated I would not get. I got a key for my ignition which is great. But I have no way of locking my car and keeping my valuables safe.
My question is? Why if the tech took the lock out of the car door, could he not make a key from that lock? He opened the door with the very tool that he used to make a key for the ignition.
I live in the city, Theft happens all the time. Now I am faced with paying another $400 to get a new fob programmed, or calling another locksmith to get me a key for the door.
I payed this company $400. I gave the tech 60 dollars in a tip. He did all this work in an approximately -37 degree wind-chill. I am very grateful for that. Very nice guy. But I feel like he only did part of the job.
I need a key for my door, and this would have been a 5 star rating.

Was super fast & convenient! I lock my keys in my car at work so I called & someone showed up in 30 minutes. He was able to get into my car really fast & was a simple transaction to get into my car to retrieve my keys. Thank you!
