As an assistant who helps manage operations for my broker, I’ve worked with a few different CRMs, but this one stands out. Implementing the system took some time to get familiar with simply because it does so much—but now that I have the hang of it, Realvolve is now an essential part of our daily processes.

The initial start up was smooth, making it easy to get up and running quickly. Customer support has also been very helpful so far—responsive and always ready to help if I get stuck. And thank you to their employee Amber who was very helpful with my imports and editing my signature templates.

Now that we’re fully utilizing Realvolve, I can confidently say it’s made a real impact with our day to day processes and keeping everything organized. Definitely a great tool for anyone looking to stay on top of database and transaction management!

Our team has mastered the use of the RealVolve CRM, and when it works, it performs at a solid 4-star level. However, over the last few years—especially since the company changed hands—the system has been in steady decline.

We now spend more time submitting trouble tickets than actually emailing our clients. Nearly a daily thing to discover a new issue. For over a year, the system was randomly sending birthday SMS messages at 2 AM. While it appears RealVolve finally disabled this, the fix seems to have broken the feature altogether, as messages no longer send at all despite their efforts to resolve it. More recently, we discovered that another key automated email—one tied to special dates—had also stopped sending. This was a critical touchpoint for our clients, consistently generating a 50% open rate, but for months, messages simply weren’t going out, leading to missed opportunities that previously set us apart.

System performance is another major issue. Load times between pages frequently exceed 30 seconds, regardless of the device used. These delays, coupled with ongoing functionality failures, have made RealVolve frustratingly inefficient. Our business partner, who had 12 additional users in the system, abandoned RealVolve entirely due to these persistent issues.

A couple of years ago, this was a five-star CRM. Today, after submitting hundreds of trouble tickets with little improvement, we would rate it at a 1. We are currently searching for a replacement. RealVolve, this is unacceptable—your failure to resolve these issues in a timely manner has made it increasingly difficult to rely on your system.

And it’s not just us—your declining quality is reflected in your recent Google reviews. Two years ago, RealVolve was flooded with 5-star ratings, but now the pattern of poor feedback speaks for itself. Here’s your sign.

I've been very happy with the Realvolve CRM. I am so much more organized and I have a clear daily direction on who I need to talk to and what tasks I need to accomplish. More importantly to me is the customer service. It is quick, efficient, and friendly. The response time and the answers and assistance I receive leave me feeling like a valued customer. That's important! I recommend Realvolve!

I’ve tried a few CRMs and RealVolve is by far my favorite. I like the automation features as well as how much can be customized to fit my particular business needs. There have been a few glitches in the past but support has always been quick to respond. I Highly recommend RealVolve.

Is there a way I can document negative star review? This company is not worth the money and their customer service and support is horrible. So horrible that they have an "F" rating with the BBB and will only give you an email to contact them so they can hide.

They stole $1580 by charging my account 2 weeks prior to the renewal even though they sent an email confirming the actual renewal date. I had NO intention on renewing and a reminder set to delete my account. I contact them immediately because I did not give authorization to charge the account on any day other than the renewal date, per their terms and conditions. Instead they stole $1580 and insist that it takes up to 90 days to refund me.

It has been 60 days and I have hired an attorney to assist because they will not give you any contact information except an email address to communicate with any department! They also refuse to respond when I follow up on my refund. Like I said the support and service is terrible especially when they are at fault.

Abigail Wilson has been a wonderfully kind and patient trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and listens carefully to understand and then explain the solutions I need. She knows the program inside and out and has the answers at her fingertips so there's no time lost locating answers. I do highly recommend downloading the videos of our calls to listen to again later while implementing what's been explained, as there's so much to learn. Thanks so much, Abigail!

I have been so impressed with this company and more importantly, the people! Abigail has been guiding me through my 6 week on-boarding program and she is incredible! She explains everything very clearly and is so patient with any changes I request to make the program customized to my brokerage. She has given great suggestions on how to streamline and simplify. I can't say enough good things about her!

I had the same thing happen, they charged me for six months automatically and the last year they have been providing inaccurate photos of listings!! It has cost me a lot of leads and makes me look terrible to my main base and neighborhood.

They keep saying it was my mls who changed things but I have given a lot of my time and it’s been a year trying to get it fixed. I have talked to other software companies who do not have this problem.
Firepoint and Realvolve have cost me a lot of time and money. This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with and the searches are complex and the support from management is condescending and phoney

I doubt if they will be able to stay in business treating people this way.
