I brought my computer in to replace the screen and was charged $500. Two weeks later my computer stopped working completely and will not turn on at all.

They charged me 30 dollars to blow dust out of my laptop and scratch it. Plus they didn’t even fix the problem or tell me what was wrong with it, I had to run a diagnostic on my own. Staff seemed disinterested in being helpful

I brought my 2013 MacBookPro to them with a cracked screen. They told me that they are Apple Certified and that they can do the repair in a week. I went back to get it Three weeks later and they told me that my logic board is fried and that my computer had no life in it. They tried to blame it on me but the computer was in great shape before I brought it to them. Still working with a cracked screen. So I am going into finals week without a computer and no ways to buy a new one because they screwed up and won't admit it to me. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

The staff are knowledgeable about multiple products and seem to really want to help you. A lot of other reviews on here say that it’s bad because they were told their computer is broken and it’s their fault (which it is). Don’t be thrown off by those negative comments, the staff are friendly and helpful.
