Absolutely awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Prices are more than fair. Jared took my computer in on a Sunday and let me wait! All the other places I tried before I found him were 2 weeks out.
Will definitely be using his services again!!!

Radical Computer Solutions were direct and easy to work with. My computer is my company's lifeblood. As a founder/CEO my life gets a lot harder taking care of my 12 employees without my computer. My people don't get schedules, weekly paychecks or anything else important if my computer is down. Invoices are harder to track, TikToks and Instagram videos can't get made and my brain is just a mess. My life is my computer. I was nervous to be without it for any amount of time, hence delaying much needed repairs and upgrades for 2+ years. But RCS put me at ease. I was given regular text and phone call updates and checked with at each step that might delay the return of the computer or cost more.

They fixed the fan, updated my hard drives, solved my repeated Blue Screens of Death, switched over tons of data and gave me life projections on my computer with only 3 business hours lost. This after another computer repair service provider told me my computer was at the "end of its life." This company is fairly priced, honest, reliable and very easy to work with.

I only plan to use Radical Computer Solutions in the future.
