Worst company ever do not use. Been A client for 15 years. Deleted my entire account and all its emails an in boxes bc I got a new credit card. Wouldn’t you call a client before deleting their entire account after 30 days? Meanwhile they sent me notifications to the account I couldn’t even get into!

The worst email provider by far. I have never dealt with such a terrible company.

Their systems just dont work.

I am a global admin and randomly my passwords won't be accepted.

Theres 3 different platforms to log in and no direction. Their chat is confusing to get a hold of.

Stay far far far away from this company.

There was a time when Rackspace was unparalleled in service and offerings. Unfortunately, that has come to an end. They simply cannot compete with Azure, GCS, AWS, or even new players like SkySQL.
