I wish I could remember the man's name who came out Saturday 8/29/2020. He was pretty damn good! He was fast, professional and well worth the cost! We had a guest lock their keys in the car so we needed emergency help and he fixed the problem! We are deeply appreciative of Racine's! Would I recommend them? Yes! Without hesitation!

I wouldn't even give it a one. They will not call you back so they don't want anyone's business. They suck. Called and left 6 messages no call back. After 2 and a half weeks to finally get a hold of someone. Yes my lock was changed. And it's sad that they want to respond to a complaint the way they did. I think I will just pay extra for a company that doesn't blame the customer for them not calling back. Bad business. No call and then later getting to my appointment. So yes it was changed but I will not be blamed by a business that doesn't care to call customers back.

The man helping me was awesome. Couldnt rekey my key completely because I found the original and I didnt wanna, or have to, pay for a transponder to be installed on the new mechanical key. So he gave me the mechanical key and this key cover I was trying to purchase for free. He was very transparent, didnt haggle me for cash even though he did a service (albeit unsuccessful to no fault of his own.)

I can tell hes a patient, professional and resourceful ma . Shoot, I'd love to work for him

LIFESAVER!!!! They were not even open Sunday or Monday but, Patrick took time out of his day off and keyed the lock that I so desperately needed. With a GREAT price. He knew I needed it and knew he was the only locksmith for hours. He could've easily charged me triple, but he didn't. My hat's off to you Patrick!! You're doing all the good. Racine lock and key is the ONLY locksmith you should trust.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for a set of keys for 70s Camaro, I call him every now and then and he gives me some long sad story about parts and corona. I'm not impressed.

hey guys i didnt even get as far as using there service. they were rude on the phone and way overpriced. i got it done cheaper by almost half calling Auto Unlock in pueblo.
