I went to Race Tech in person to get some springs for my Beta, and they were so nice. I was lucky enough to get a tour of the facility, which is very impressive! They have an amazing history, and everyone there is super knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks!

Ride Gold with Race Tech. I worked with Louie on both of my projects. DVS kits with all the shims you will need to dial it in to a perfect ride. All I can say is awesome and money well spent.

I used this place once before n trying again. Each time it’s like pulling teeth to get a call back. Sydney voice message states she will. But both time just will not. Very poor customer service.
No complaints against actual service.

Best place for motorcycle suspension for over 30 years. Paul still makes top-of-the-line suspension kits. Thanks, Paul!

The first time I walked in. I told them what I wanted and what I was working with, and the treated me like I was a supercross rider getting ready for Anaheim. The place is huge, and me being a nobody really caught me off guard. I almost felt like I was imposing. They really spent a lot of time making sure I got what I needed. This place is highly recommended by me.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
9 days ago I brought a set of Ohlins shocks here to service. I drove there (one hour away from where I live) because I wanted to avoid any delay in shipping. The person at the entrance/reception did not have any clue of costs and turnaround time. He stated that his job is only to make sure the service department gets the shocks and I would have had to call the service department for any answer. After a couple of days of trying - multiple times per day - they answered the phone and said they were going to send me an email with price and eta turnaround time. After a week, still no email... In the meanwhile, I have emailed them multiple times, left many voicemail and text messages. It is impossible to get a hold of them! These are the shocks of my daily rider. I ride to work with it. I need my shocks back ASAP. At this point I do not care if they haven't looked at them yet. I want them back so I can bring them to a more serious shop. I have not been able to take a couple of hour off work to go get them myself. Hopefully I can do it early next week. I am concerned though that the person at the reception won't be able to get them for me. I cannot waste any more time chasing them and I just want back what's mine! To be continued...

Update: after additional two days of calling, someone FINALLY answered the phone and I requested to have my shocks mailed back to me immediately. They have not been serviced, so this was overall an incredible waste of time, and I had to pay for shipping, which I think it's unfair, but whatever... I just want to be done with this place. I received an email from UPS showing that the package is on its way.

Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced! I bought their gold valves and have called a couple of times for their advice. They call back if I leave a message and are knowledgeable in the setup of their products. I will definitely go through them for my future suspension needs!

Got the fork springs and shock spring. Look good quality. Sadly i think customer service in the USA & UK is dead.. Racing and bikes & parts are becoming increasingly expensive. I did not find the lady i spoke to in regards to international sales helpful. The workshop tech i spoke to was quite up beat and helpful. Slightly annoyed i was not informed i would have to "shave down" my fork guides in order to use the springs supplied. If i had known this i probably would not have ordered.

I doubt i shall use again due to the way i was dealt with during the sales proccess and when i rang to ask for help. Remmeber race tech that you are only around because people use you. Make it feel like your doing them a favour and that will change rather quickly...
