One of my first great experiences with Quest was obtaining their video training in injury prevention and how to report an injury in the workplace as well as their entire new hire packet, pleasant and user-friendly. The second experience was working with them in the recruitment process with the employer I was assigned to. They successfully provided us with qualified candidates resulting in direct placement. Finally, my direct placement process — smooth transition.

Terrible company. Demands to have your SSN as well as an unnecessary and extreme number of assessments to even apply for positions, something no other decent staffing company or even direct hire companies do.

No halfway intelligent person would even trust this company.

I was patient enough to do the 2 hours worth of pointless assessments and made it clear that I would not submit any my SSN or any other sensitive information before an offer is even made, as is the expected norm of all job applications, and in the end my application was not even submitted.

Absolute waste of time and effort.

Finding work is generally difficult with how most places go over applications. Within the first few days of being a temp at Quest, I recieved job offers. One of which has led me to being a permanent employee in a job I enjoy.

It was a horrible experience. I had an In-person interview and they confirm all your personal information out loud where everyone can hear it. It was so unprofessional. They didn’t even have a job line up for me either. It was a waste of time.

terrible, not only did they not respond to repeated calls, when they did i was informed they were still reviewing my resume and would call me back within a day...this went on for 2 weeks...as a professional i entrusted my personal work history and information to them. i would not and will not encourage anyone that is seeking out a "professional" employment agency to enlist their services.
