This company used to be the best -- Now their customer service is a joke -- I called the number listed for Denver Co. and I got the same guy who is located in India that I spoke to earlier in the day. This company took my $879 CC charge and never delivered a lic. Every time I call they try to upgrade me I explain that they never delivered on the last upgrade I Pd for again $879 and they tell me time has expired , but I could upgrade to 2023. All of us need to report this Company to the FTC.

Customer Service is a joke & I too am heading to InDesign - I am so tired of reloading, having activation issues and customer support that does not understand english....

I bought Quark version 3 when customer service was great and upgrades came in the mail on a disk...when I could call and get a person who cared...when there were support training meetings.

No more - this product makes my life nothing but difficult - I was so rooting for you when Dreamweaver was for sale - I may not be a fan of Adobe's ever growing ownership of designers but my software works.

You all are about to send me, a 15 year Quark Software customer to InDesign with this HORRIBLE customer support in India. They can't answer the simplest questions and now you're not answering your own phones in Colorado.

This is rediculous and I've just about had it!

Mal schnell eine Software online kaufen..., Ok, bezahlen geht, aber was nun? Ich habe eine Quittung und kann keine Software downloaden. Irgendwie läuft alles ins Leere und es steht nirgends wie es jetzt weitergeht. Nachtrag: Testversion laden und dann Code eingeben macht sie zur Vollversion, erfuhr ich vom Support. Das hätte man schon woanders besser darstellen bzw. erklären können. Mein Bewertung von null bessere ich aber nach.
