2 thermostadts installed in spring have been without a heater ir air since then. Was working prior. Still waiting for a transformer that is blown out. Not helping and it'd getting very cold. Who's on charge of this place

Antoine and his crew recently came to my house to provide services for energy savings. They were on time, polite and very efficient. They installed a new thermostat and performed many other services including placing a vent in my garage to avoid carbon monoxide buildup. This is an older house so it needed a lot of upgrades which they cheerfully provided. They even came back a second time to replace my damaged and unsafe back door. They all did a great job and there was no charge. Kudos to Antoine, Ashley, Brandon and Diego! Thank you for your help!

They were very thorough, polite, quick but did a great job. It was such a wonderful thing. They even mended our cracked window! They also found a small gas leak that we didn't know we had. If u haven't participated in this program before, u should! Thank u so much.

Our family has been without a dryer for 2 months because our dryer burnt due to a faulty exhaust pipe installation. We notified the supervisors from Quality Conservation Service have not responded to our complaint. Black mold in the wall caused by the 13 ft of pipe that they installed was clogged at one of the elbows, out of three elbows and 13 ft of pipe.

They were prompt, thorough, professional, personable, and did a good job. My only slight disappointment isn’t this company, but not getting smart plugs with the program. I was hoping they were available for the refrigerator/freezer, dryer, and sm garage freezer since the focus is energy conservation. I had one, but they weren’t familiar with the set up. Otherwise, I was very impressed and thankful!

It’s a good program just a bit confusing with all the inspections and re-inspections and different contractors involved. The program needs to be more organized and all parties involved should be able to explain how the program works. I had to figure a lot out myself by continuously making calls to understand the program. Also I wasn’t advised or contacted to confirm what I qualify for I had to make the calls . Please get more organized if you need help hire me. On a positive note The appointment times and dates were always flexible . Just tooo many people involved

The two gentlemen that came were very professional and got the work done fairly fast! They changed out our porch lights and fixtures, added insulation to our face plates through out our house. Weather stripped front door and garage door as well as our attic access. They tested our furnace for leaks and the pressure of it and found we had a very small leak and repaired it. They did good work and in a timely manner. The only confusion was with the lady that set the apt up they came two hours early which is fine but I have a newborn and I’m just glad I was already awake 😅

Today Juan Polanco came to my home and performed many energy upgrades. He arrived with identification and appropriate safety gear. He was polite, kind, thorough and explained each upgrade and how to use it. I am so impressed with him and the services he performed. Oh, the whole experience started with Bridget completing my application over the phone and text. Amazing.....start to finish. Thank you !!
