By FAR the best internet service around! Not only is the service high speed & reliable, the owner is highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I work from home; I need 24/7 internet service to join webinars with my customers and attend streaming events. Even with family in-town visiting and the kids using the internet to play games, we never experienced throttled service or disruptions. We are going on two years with this service and I have no complaints. QSI has always kept us informed of any planned upgrade or downtime (which has been minimal) and they have been responsive to every query.
Five Stars doesn't seem enough.
I've tried the other internet providers in the area and there is no comparison!

Finally an internet service that is sufficient for our family. This is the third internet service we’ve tried and the first that has enough speed and bandwidth to run all of the connected devices and streaming services that we have. The company has excellent customer service and is proactive about how to get the maximum benefit for you. We were having trouble getting enough signal in our casita for our college age son, and they were great at coming up with a solution that will work. I highly highly recommend them.

I just switched from CenturyLink to QSI and could not be happier! It's slightly more per month but so worth the peace of mind, speed and reliability. I'm self employed and rely heavily on internet use to conduct business. With CenturyLink I couldn't load web pages, Zoom calls kept dropping and service was consistently inconsistent. Frank was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient, making this process quick and painless. Now my internet runs with perfect fluidity and speed!

I found out about QSI solution network when looking for work from home. Century link and suddenlink could not provide the upload 25 Mbpsand download 10 Mbps speed needed for this. The Century link speeds I had where horrible upload was 5Mbps upload and 1 Mbps download which is bad so now my speeds are 25Mbps and 10Mbps which is incredibly so much faster. Frank showed up right on time and was in and out in less then 30 mins, very professional and the a very nice man. Recommending to all I know. They may be alittle more expensive but so worth it. Now I just need to get a new computer that can keep up.
