Qazzoo has been a great partner for my real estate business! Their verified buyer and seller leads have helped me connect with serious clients ready to make a move. The platform is easy to use, and the team is always responsive and supportive. Highly recommend Qazzoo for anyone in the real estate industry looking to grow their business!

The very first lead really did become a closing contract. I surely made much more than I invested. Yes, there are junk leads but dollar for dollar this is the best I've used. You have to weed out the bad and look for the gold. You have to be motivated to call and call but there have been good leads. I made 20k my first six months in closings on this site alone and I was not nearly as disciplined in follow up as I am now.

Dealing with Tom and Meleah at Qazzoo has been a great experience!! The leads that I have taken from the site have been some of the best I have gotten from a lead company in the last 24 years of being a Realtor. The other day I called 5 new leads that I received, and all five buyers answered the phone, and I had great conversations with all of them! Thanks, Roger P in Atlanta

I usually don’t like to put bad reviews but this one I want to because I don’t want any agents to waste their money on such terrible leads. I actually called customer service asked them if those are real leads. Most of the leads are looking for a 150k to 200k home in a 2 million dollar neighborhood.
I spoke to customer service a few time and they said they will work on improving their lead
Quality but nothing changed. They will try to get you to sign a contract ( don’t do it!).

Editing this review now that I’m 1.5 months into Qazzoo. Tom was very patient and helpful in answering all of my questions before I signed up, but after, I emailed and called him to ask a simple question and he ghosted me. Christian helped orient me and get the ball rolling, and he was more responsive to follow-up questions, although it usually took a couple days to get a call back.
Tom was misleading in saying that it is rare for people to return leads… I’d say maybe 25-50% have bad numbers or emails. Luckily so far I have had no issues with flagging them and getting my credit back. However, I’ve had some good conversations with some interested buyers, so even if I can get one closing out of my 3-month membership, it would be worth my investment.
One thing I thought was really strange at the beginning was that Qazzoo’s terms and conditions were super outdated (like 2018), and when I asked questions about several points, Tom said they were no longer true. For example, it read that you can only return leads for bad contact info, but he assured me I could return them for any reason- even if someone is simply not interested. The terms also said that flagging over 10% of profiles will get you banned basically, and he also denied that this was true (and I have definitely flagged over 10%).
I am newer to real estate and have only ever tried one other paid lead program, so I don’t have much to compare to, but from my limited experience, my feeling so far is that Qazzoo is just like any other program in that the quality of the leads is roughly the same everywhere- it’s all about working your leads.

It is not worth paying for these leads. You may be lucky to get one or two good ones out of a dozen duds. Good luck canceling with them, they do not answer their phone or respond quickly to emails.

3 months in called about 75 leads most dont want you calling, putting in the work and so far nothing. I use other lead gen companies and are much better. I will see if anything changes

AGENTS BEWARE!!! Received a call with the promise of 10 leads per month at $299 for month-to-month trial, and it went downhill from that. The billing date wasn’t what it was supposed to be, the leads were not viable and when I went to cancel, I got a phone call from somebody in agent services basically promising me the moon and stars to stay on for one month extra to try to help me find at least one lead to compensate me for the almost $900 that I had paid in over the course of three months only to end up with radio silence from the company. Shame on me for being fooled and thinking that they would’ve been any different than any of the other companies claiming to give us leads. My best advice to anybody looking for leads would be to take your $299 a month, print up flyers or postcards and canvas your neighborhood, don’t send it to this company.
