The dispatch is rude and act like I'm an inconvenience. " *Long sigh we will see what we can do... Sigh" I buy a 25 pass a lot and ride a lot due to my seizures and if it is not to a doctor's appointment I am going to or from I am treated with rudeness by a driver and ALL dispatch. I pay for this service, the only service available in this whole town. Treat your patrons with common courtesy and respect instead of with rudeness and contempt. I feel like a burdon when I call for help getting where I need to go. Hire more customer service trained individuals. If Lyft or Uber or ANY OTHER RIDE SERVICE were in this town,
people would pay twice as much just to not have to deal with your employees.

The bus driver Gary is a alcoholic he has been drinking and driving a bus while encouraging recovering alcoholic to drink he even drinks and drives his personal vehicle how did someone that risk everyone's life on the bus he drives get Hired I guess if your in Lamar you can do whatever you want

The dispatch is rude and nasty with us everytime we call the bus is never on time all around not a great company but in this town there's no other transportation
