Excellent service from Protech Computer Repair I got hacked on my computer. I was devastated because I use my computer for my online business . I got in touch with his office right away .His answering service got in touch with Mike and he called me right away . I told him my situation and he worked on my computer on.his off hours and cleaned the viruses off my computer. He worked after midnight . I am so grateful. I know how busy Mike is and I really didn't expect him to do this the same day I called him. What a guy !! Thanks Mike.

The purpose of this post is to commend PROTECH Computer & Internet Services for the outstanding technical support they have provided to me over the last several years. I have a Windows computer at home as well as one in my business in Atascadero. My wife has an I MAC at home along with an Apple I-pad and PROTECH has kept them all running in tip top shape. While we have experienced both hardware failures as well as occasional software issues Mr. Michael Valenzuela and his staff are always prompt to resolve the problem. In additional to their technical expertise they are outstanding communicators as they have an exceptional ability to adjust they conversations so even non technical clients can understand the issues. Not an easy task when dealing with today's computer and internet issues. I highly recommend PROTECH if you experience any issues with your computer or internet service.
