Our firm has been using Promising Solutions for the last ten years, and could not be happier. Promising Solutions manages our network, hardware, software, etc... Most IT providers are reactive, and will do little more than try to put out fires when they arise. Promising Solutions is different. They are proactive. They constantly monitor, update, upgrade, and improve our network to avoid problems before they arise. What is more, they have set up redundancy systems to avoid any downtime in the unlikely event that something does break down. All this translates to a smooth and worry free network operation.
