In my long career as a designer and writer, I have used scores of printers and many were in New York City where competition was very serious. Consequently, customer service and quality was never a real concern.

A couple of years ago I got back in the business of print production and immediately ran into skill and quality problems. Then I discovered Spectrum Printing Company and all is well again. Their designers and customer service reps are New York knowledgeable and fun to be around.

I do all my designing in Microsoft Word which was problematic for most printers but not the Spectrum folks. They were surprised by the upscale quality of my pieces and stepped up to produce the same quality on their presses.

Their speed is perfect as is their competitive pricing. So if you can't get to The Big Apple to print you jobs, go to Spectrum. It's just as good ...and there is a lot more sunshine.
