I've used Powers for a while now, guessing 6 or 7 servicing of my generator. The servicing has always been good, as machine runs well. But their pricing has gone through the roof, I haven't checked others yet. But $499 for a less than 1 hr service, oil change and filter clean, (based on their schedule not a call out). I thought this was high and still do, I know it has continually gone up. But once I emailed them questioning the high rates, I got a very patronizing email in return. Would have given a 2.5 middle of the road, but lean towards the 3 rating available.

From the moment you speak with the kind and knowledgeable Michelle in the office to the exceptional service provided by Rob, their amazing technician, the experience is outstanding. They use to be great, I have been using them since day one and they are the company that installed my generator years ago, but some how something changes, they don’t give you a time when they will come for service, which is okay to an extent.
But my last service, the tech broke the generator door and left it the way it shows in the picture, however I contacted them and never heard anything back ..

Great company. I am a new customer, took only about 30 days from signing on with Powers to their arrival at my residence to service my generator. Confirmation text and email came with a picture of the Tech. Tech Jeffrey Olson was great. Arrived on time. Job was done quickly. He was very personable. Left the area clean! I mean clean! No debris of any kind anywhere. I highly reccomend.

This is long overdue, almost 2 years ago now we had powers come out to service our generator. THREE DAYS LATER we lost power and the generator did not work. I called to make them aware of this so they could come back and correct the issue. The woman on the phone was so rude and would not let me talk. She kept saying it would be a new ticket and we would be charged again for the entire service. I do not think that is right to treat customers like that when it had been a few days and things were not right. They should have stood behind their work. I understand if another part was needed, sure we can pay for that part, but coming back to ensure it was working properly is what we paid for and never got. To this day there is a red light on and it doesn’t cycle like it’s supposed to weekly. We’re hardworking people who paid for a service and we don’t have a working generator it’s so frustrating years later. Had to be sure I wrote this so others don’t have this same terrible experience .

Installed mini splits a couple of years ago. Installation was great. These fellas worked well into the evening just to get it done. Very professional job and very nice guys. We’ve had two small issues having NOTHING to do with the product or install action but they were here quickly and took care of it. Zach is great. A terrific young man and fixed the issue quickly.

Powers Guaranteed Services was recommended to us by our realtor and it was a great recommendation. In March, Power installed a whole house generator for us, and just now in July finished installing AC/heat mini-splits throughout my house. From sales, to scheduling, to installation, to follow-up, the people at Power Guaranteed Services are fantastic. They came to my house, assessed my needs, made proper recommendations after showing me many options, explained the pros and cons of each approach to allow us to make an informed decision. Scheduling installation was easy, and reminders and preparation requirements were frequent and thorough. And the team they sent to install were great! Worked quickly, professionally, asked for my preferences when needed, and cleaned up completely. They tested and walked us through everything. I highly recommend Power.
