He is intelligent, reliable, courteous and friendly as well as prompt with communication via phone, text and email. Can't say enough about this outfit. I feel so confident, at last, that my parents are safe, thanks to Power Tech. And, as a final point, a good deal of money was saved - another company was baffled by the problems Power Tech was able to repair. The quote for their solution would have cost us five times as much.
