I toured the property recently with Alicia C. she was beyond informative about the properties amenities and even general real estate pointers. She is really knowledgeable and passionate about her field. We looked at the larger 2 bedroom which has tall ceilings & natural lighting. I also like the club room, common area! It's totally my style with the industrial modern look. If given the opportunity to relocate to Colorado Springs then this will be my first choice thanks to Alicia.

I visited Polaris Junction recently, and I was really impressed. The apartments looked clean and well-maintained, and the amenities seemed great. Jade, the property manager, was really friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. The place felt quiet and well-kept, and it definitely seemed like a nice community. If I ever decide to move, this would be a top choice!

As a young grad student that just graduated and finally finding my professional career, Polaris Junction is everything I was looking for. It's clean, modern, and full of great neighbors.
Even in my busy times the property manager Jade and her team created these amazing events and made it easy to connect with others and have fun after work. Jade was so amazing for a property manager she stayed the whole time each time and kept us all company. She’s great. Please keep her.

It’s disheartening to live here and have to deal with so many issues. I’ve lived in my building for almost 2 years and the front door is still constantly jammed and almost impossible to open in the cold. I have to walk all the way to the back door just to get in sometimes. I have been contacting them for a copy of my lease for over 2 weeks and was told by 2 different employees on 2 different occasions they would get back to me with the lease and no one has. I understand they are switching management , but I feel leases should have potentially been something to keep in a place they could still access. I would be okay if someone got back to me, but no one has. Amenities constantly have issues. Safety concerns: it’s either the front door isn’t opening for months or it was just open(no access code and cracked) for months. I will be very happy to part my ways with this overpriced apartment with so many issues.The staff is nice and features of the apartments are nice. But living across from the amphitheater, how busy the area has gotten, and the issues are just not worth it.

All the addresses in this building are mixed up. And there is only one entrance with an intercom for each building. And why was this building built for so many people, if this is not Denver
Having been here, I feel like I’m in the movie “Judge Dredd”. It's very easy to get lost here. I believe that people should not live in such numbers in one place.
Some intercoms are broken and it is impossible to get inside the building.
The pool is small for the number of people living in this building. Parking spaces are usually occupied by 60-70%
The only plus is the friendly staff in the leasing office;and nice bathroom.

Where do I start? me and my family have been living here for a year now. My experience here has been up and down mostly so to the old manager. I don’t know If the new lady in the office are Jade is the new Manager or just helping, but let’s just say I was planning on moving at the end of my lease. After speaking with her few times and getting the help I needed and never received in the past, i am feeling like my old self. I can tell she loves what she does and try’s to truly help makes things right for the residents. Her kind words and way of making you truly fell seen and heard is the reason my family decided to renew our lease this year and not move. I truly hope she is the one who will be staying with us, and not be gone in a few months just like the rest. Even the other staff members seem to always smile now when I see them. Thank you for all you did this week Jade to make me feel seen and heard.

On our way to a concert the other day , we drove past Polaris Junction and were blown away by how beautiful these Apartments. We just had to stop by. Little did we know, the Property Manager, Jade, was on her way out for the day, but she didn’t hesitate to turn around and give us a tour. She was—so friendly and can tell she is passionate about her job. The apartments are stunning, and we’re so grateful Jade took time out of her day to show us around. Polaris Junction is definitely on our list! We just had to come and show how much we value her time for us.

Moving can be a pain, but Jade made it effortless. She not only ensured my apartment was ready but also made sure my fur babies felt at home. The pet-friendly atmosphere here is amazing, and my dogs absolutely love her. They light up every time they see her!
