Scam artists - never delivered kickstarter (Jack) despite it seeming like the product exists (there are reviews). Every excuse under the sun. Website is a mash of broken links. Avoid.

Their Kickstarter has now been 7 nearly 8 months since completion and their team have used as many excuses as they can to delay updating their backers on the status of the products they promised to deliver. At this point they are either doing it due to their inability to provide on their promises, or to cover the fact they have never had any intention of sending a single product out. Do not support them as their actions show they have no intention of supporting their empty promises.

I, along with 16,018 other backers bought a product from podo labs. They wanted to raise $20,000 but went on to collect €804,268. That was a year ago. Delivery was meant to be July 2017. Still no product. A month ago they said they were having financial problems. Be very wary of doing business with this company, you could just lose your money like I have.

Backed on Kickstarter, this project has been poorly managed from inception in early 2017. Lack of communication, continued delays without clear explanations, and generally very poor experience with this project. The project concept has now been overtaken by other products with better quality for lower price. Do not provide this company money, unless you expect to lose it.

Along with 16,000+ others, I backed the JACK project from Podo Labs. Despite sporadic communication and numerous delays, Podo has kept us informed, and shows progress. I could rate them higher once I have the product to review. The rating I give here reflects the fact that, this was a crowd-sourced manufacturing project, and NOT an "order" for a finished product, as so many other reviewers seem to believe.

I backed Kickstarter project backed in February 2017 and was about to receive it in July 2017. Have I received it? NO!!! Do I know anyone else who received it? NOPE! Does the company give regular updates about the delay? NO!

Should any professional/business be involved with them? NOOOOOO.......!!!

Was interested in purchasing a speaker offered via Kickstarter, only to learn they took the money and ran. Apparently Podo Labs never fulfilled any of the orders. The speaker looked promising.

there should be 0 stars option for businesses such as Podo. Lots of promises and "we are shipping!" replies but no product. over 1 and a half years since Podo manipulated their way of getting funds by two social funding campaigns raising over 1.5 million dollars for a product (Jack) that is almost completely not relevant these days with the rise of high quality bluetooth headphones, and still all of Indiegogo backers (over 2500 people) are still "waiting" for fulfillment
