No Ethics, Just Exploitation

This company has zero respect for its players. For months, legitimate complaints about rampant cheating in War Dragons have been brushed off with the same scripted reply: "We’re looking into it." Lies. They’d rather line their pockets with pricey in-game purchases than address game-breaking issues. Loyal veterans are fleeing because cheaters run wild, and support couldn’t care less. Their greed trumps fairness, and their “customer service” is a joke. Avoid this cash-focused dumpster fire—your time and money deserve better. Total betrayal of trust.

Pocket Gems has become the most corrupt gaming platform I have ever seen. They allow an employee with a family member as a CEO, run the game, bully players, using bots, scripts and hacks and have what other players are not allowed to have. PG has gone as far as using that team to extort money from players and now they have discriminated against loyal players by taking away items we have paid for and earned thru many loyal years of playing, only to benefit the employee’s team. This is an outrage. They are now going to futher take even more from players to handicap them further. This company is corrupt and has zero integrity in their customer support. Stay clear of games by Pocket Gems.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Pocket gems does not care about the legit users that follows rules. They cater to cheating users and do not take actions to correct on time, allowing good players suffer for many months, even many years. Do not waste your money in any games this company makes. It may start out fun and great, but with no care for their customers as issues arise, it’s not worth your money or time.

The developers of this team are historically bad and I have never see worse customer support, game has issues yes, however PG does not try to fix them and they let teams do whatever they want even cheat. The solutions they have provided for various bugs have been garbage method that could be solved a better way if they actually took the time to improve instead of look for exploitation and getting money from people willing to give for unjust reasons.

Broken Trust & Endless Exploits- Devs Don’t Care.
Cheaters in this game aren’t just thriving- they are CELEBRATED. They openly brag about using exploits, while us honest players get penalized for simply playing fairly. I’ve watched my teammates quit in droves, sick of wasting money on a game where skill and loyalty means NOTHING. Support tickets vanish into a black hole, and when you beg for updates, you’re gaslit into thinking YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. The worst part? This isn’t ignorance- it’s apathy. The devs know their inaction is killing the community, and 12 different teams with several players have begged for resolutions, for months!!! Veteran players, including top spenders, are fleeing. Guilds that have carried this game for years are crumbling. But hey, why fix exploits when you can keep selling $99 dragon packs to a few suckers left? Save your cash- this is not a game- ITS A SCAM. To the “team” behind War Dragons: your silence speaks volumes. Enjoy the ashes of your greed. Disgusting.

This company treats loyal players like ATMs. For months, countless complaints about cheaters ruining War Dragons have been met with the same robotic response: “We’re investigating.” Spoiler: They’re not. They’d rather milk players with overpriced packs than fix their broken game. Long-time players are abandoning ship, disgusted by their blatant cash-grab tactics. Save your time and money—this isn’t a game, it’s a shameless scam prioritizing profits over people.

I’ve been a loyal player for years, investing both time and money, but the developers’ utter disregard for their community has driven me-and countless others-to quit. For MONTHS, players have reported blatant exploits, cheating, only to be met with robotic responses like “we’re investigating” or “thank you for your patience”. Hundreds of tickets and numerous video and picture clear proof later, NOTHING CHANGES.

cheaters run rampant, ruining competitive play. Guilds using exploits to dominate face ZERO consequences, while honest players watch their hard work (and $50k in cash investments in my case alone) go to waste. When asked for transparency, support deflects with copy-paste replies. This isn’t negligence- it’s DISRESPECT. Paying customers that follow rules are treated like nuisances, not partners in the game’s success.

The result? Entire guilds disbanding and Longtime players leaving, because of a team that uses unfair exploits that PocketGems has banned in previous precedents, that PG refuse to take any actions against. A community once buzzing with passion now feels abandoned. It’s clear the priority is profit, not player experience.

TO NEW PLAYERS: STEER CLEAR. YOUR TIME AND MKNEY DESERVE BETTER.

TO THE DEVS: WAKE UP. YOUR “INVESTIGATIONS” FOR 5 MONTHS DESPITE MASSIVE AND CLEAR EVIDENCES, ARE A JOKE. FIX THE GAME, OR WATCH IT BURN.

Offers an app in the Apple Store and on Google Marketplace called War Dragons. There have been teams on this game that are using known exploits that this game have deemed bannable. These actions have been reported by multiple teams along with videos on how these teams are cheating. Customer service continues to say it’s under investigation, for months now ( from some department that seems unreachable or doesn’t exist). It is absolutely terrible that PG would have a game which makes money from in app purchases, and doesn’t think like this is not a problem.
