0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, by a long shot. I haven’t posted a review on google in probably half a decade, but my experience with this company was so appalling I feel the need to warn others. They over charged me by double on shipping costs, they sent me a piece of hardware that I didn’t even order, when I called to return the product they hung up on me. They are refusing to address the situation. The “CEO” Gerson Cedillos instructs his staff to hang up on customers, and refuses to address any issues himself. These guys literally stole $800 from me. Stay far away from these shady operators!!
