Working onsite at this location was amazing! They were super accommodating to our needs, even the last minute ones that we were afraid they'd be annoyed by. Extremely friendly and the space itself was perfect. We used the board room, one office, and loved the size of the break room, which was the perfect size for our team to have lunch. Would definitely use this space again!

Never any problems getting a room if something needed to be worked out. Great problem solvers. Rooms are clean and nice. Offices are great. What else is there to say? 5 stars across the board.

My company, Climatec LLC (A wholly owned subsidiary of $90 Billion Dollar Robert BOSCH family of companies) has rented office space at Pleasanton Workspace for the past eight years. We love the convenient location..... Close to 580/680 freeways, Close to many different dining options for lunch, Across the street from Post Office, walking distance to BART for travel to SF and other Bay area cities, and just generally an excellent location. Also, the facilities themselves have been continually updated, with new LED lighting, Solar panels on the roof for Green Power, new flooring, and a completely remodeled kitchen/break room. The landlord and owner, Pandit Lathi is friendly, flexible and cooperative. There is plenty of parking next to the building and there is access to pretty much any size Board Room, Meeting Room, Hot Desk, etc. that you might need. Also have Video Conferencing and great reliable high-speed WiFi access. Both FedX & UPS pick-up and delivery every day, so super easy for shipping and receiving packages. (And of course networked high quality printers all around the facility) Finally, the cost of renting here is very reasonable and it's nice to have the owner/landlord here working everyday, should any questions or issues come up. Have rented facilities all over the world, and can say without hesitation that this is a great place to have a serviced office.

The office environment at PBS is always professional but still friendly. The front desk staff is welcoming to guests from the moment they get off the elevator and goes out of their way to best represent each of the businesses in the suite.
Pandit is constantly working on innovations and improvements so we can concentrate on our business.
