Hired PlanNext Inc for a service, I hired them to obtain an app, the initial company went out of business. They set up my app through a foreign company, however; it’s been a year or more and I still haven’t gotten my app situated after investing from both companies about 20,000 or more. The app is still not operable, Ms. Crowder ended up being very unprofessional and unpleasant, Mr. Simmons ignored and disregarded calls, the developers refuse to cooperate to get it handled and my money is just up in the air, over 20,000. I have had to consult with an attorney to see which way legally I should go, PlanNext ended up giving me a handoff email without so much as making sure the service was complete, the company is out of the country so you can never get in contact with them, but PlanNext set it up. Will never utilize them for any business again.

I have enjoyed working with this company over the past few months. Very thorough and knowledgeable with service, if there was a question or issue the staff was readily available to assist in any way. They went beyond the call of duty by addressing issues after hours on weekends which is a plus for me. I enjoy having direct access to someone when needed. Ms. Crowder was very helpful even under stressful situations she remained professional and got the job done. Mr. Simmons is very direct and did not lead me wrong during our project. I definitely recommend this company to conduct business with. PlanNext gets the job done by ANY means necessary and that’s a PLUS for me.
