Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and Quality. We have been serviced by Pinnacle on the irrigation of our home for the past six or seven years, including maintenance and repair to our sprinkler system. It has been a pleasure on every occasion. I cannot think of one reason not to put them first on your list for your irrigation and lighting projects. Awesome service and attention to detail! A company who cares about their customers. Our former company disregarded emails, texts and voicemails for 6 months last year, as we had a zone not working. Pinnacle replaced that control head last fall. In addition, they recently updated 5 more, as they were outdated and not working consistently. The job was scheduled and completed quicker than I would have expected and I know they are already busy. Super impressed! Wonderful, super, amazing and a pleasure to deal with. The owner, office staff and techs are top notch, all have been professional, attentive, informative and simply a pleasure to meet and talk to. Our former company did us a favor really, just wish we found Pinnacle sooner. Thank you all!

Marty's awesome! Discovered my new house had a sprinkler system that Pinnacle had installed in 2018, and it all still worked after Marty came out to turn it back on. Marty got me smart on the whole system and now my grass is getting greener by the minute. Highly recommend!

We contacted Pinnacle to work on our yard for Irrigation as well as lighting for our property.
I could not be more thankful for Marty, Patricia, Dennis and their whole crew.
Marty came out to survey our property and carefully walk thru with us all of our needs and his recommendations. We were given a timely plan to help with our project and all of the details were explained to us.

We had a new landscaping project done recently and had pinnacle take care of the irrigation for us. They did an absolutely marvellous job. Marty their owner is a wonderful guy who was able to quickly address our needs and got the project done super fast. He even coordinated with the landscaper to make sure the project stayed on schedule. His staff is always courteous and helpful. There’s no reason to go anywhere else, Marty is your guy!

First, my apologies to Marty & Liz. I thought I left a review for Pinnacle when my landscape lighting was installed a few years ago. Maybe it's best because now I know you also get incredible service AFTER the sale, too. These landscape lights were the best birthday gift I ever received. They still make me smile every time we pull up to the house after dark. The installation went smoothly and we haven't had any problems with the lights. Marty comes once a year to check them and the timer, so any possible problems are averted. My landscaper broke one of my lights the other day(ugh!)and Liz said Marty was in the area on a job. The light was "magically" fixed when my husband and I checked it later. 🙂 That's another thing. You don't have to be home whenever Pinnacle visits because everything is accessible from the outside. Another perk. I wanted a company that specialized in landscape lighting and that's exactly what I got with Pinnacle. I read about them in a Courier-Post article a few years back and SO happy I called them. You won't find a better outfit with kind staff who actually answer the phone when you call and prompt service whenever you need it. Thanks so much. LOVE my lights!
