Made an offer on my property, we went back and forth for weeks making agreements and promises and then they backed out of the final contract/offer they sent me after I signed it. Renee claimed "I do my research before I buy a property. The only reason why I might not buy a property is because of a problem with a title." Yet they still backed out of the offer last minute because they "used up [their] quarterly budget" and didn't like land features you can see from the highway 30 minutes from their house. Not worth the hassle, stay clear. (They also just moved to Nederland and are no longer working out of Cripple Creek, FYI)
