I used to at one time use mail order photo labs because of the pricing. Then one day I sent in an order a week before I needed the photo and the mail order house (who will remain nameless) dropped the ball for me and I needed the photos urgently. I came across Phoenix photo lab and stopped in with a thumb drive to have photos printed. Nick the owner said let me see what I can do. Well he printed them for me on the spot. The Quality was amazing!! So much better then the mail order house I was using. Their paper and inks are absolutely amazing along with their service. If I send the order in via the internet my prints are ready within 48 hours. I travel from the Buckeye area to pick up my prints and haven't been disappointed yet and I have been using Phoenix Photo Lab for 4+ years. The people, Nick, Cusi, Howard, are all very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Since I found them I have no desire to go anywhere else and I highly recommend them if you want superior quality prints. They have done 40x60 prints for me and mailed them to my customer in Texas. The prints arrived in perfect shape and my customers were absolutely blown away by the quality and service.

I've been here about 5 times, and today was the last. I always order Dev Only. Every time I go in to pick up my film, the folks behind the desk try to locate my order by my last name, they go back and forth from the front to back, they run around and never seem to find my order. Last month they said just write down on the order form that you want Dev only, write long sleeve, and write put in the front of store for pickup. I guess they leave it hanging unsleeved in case you want scans? SO confusing. So I did that, went in today to pick up the film, they can't find anything, go back and forth from front to back, finally they find it in the fragile bin because it's uncut negs? He said, next time tell me what you ordered so I can find it. I honestly think this place is clueless, They can't even look up my order when I get there, instead they have to ask me, the customer, a million questions so they can find my stuff. Poor organization, it's not my job as the customer to locate my order, they should be able to do that on their own. Beyond frustrated with this place, I told them I wasn't coming back, they nodded and said okay. Just lost a customer and I guess they were okay with that. 1 star for horrible customer service, you won't get service with a smile here, 3 stars product, average film development, some scratches, mostly okay.

Am preparing for a photo show and it's my first so I need lots of help. Contacted Nicholas and Cusi at Phoenix Photo Lab and set up an appointment to discuss printing options (paper, size, etc) plus had Cusi help me winnow down my photos to a few of my best/favorites. They were extremely helpful and supportive and let me ask all the questions I needed to, while giving me detailed answers and showing me their different options. They were very professional and friendly, and I am enjoying working with them! Highly recommend!
