Absolutely awful. Not only is this the worst kind of call to get unpronounced but god the service is actually literally the absolute worst. Got a call from Megan Hoskins service rep about something I have never heard of or recall, she got extremely rude and upset when I started inquiring about the debt they were calling about. When I requested the information to be emailed to me she got even more upset and gave me the worst attitude as if they’re not calling for something bad. She tried to accuse me of pretending not to actually know what the debt was which I do not or else I wouldn’t have inquired so much. VERY VERY VERY RUDE. If you’re calling about a debt the person has every right to get the full information. She was rushing me off the phone because THEY decided to call at 8pm EST.

I returned a missed call from this company which was calling my business phone line which also records every call for quality assurance & has the audacity to proceed to try to pull information out of me.

The representative who answered is named Paige Zecker I asked what’s this in regards to & Paige Zecker was rude telling me useless information “this call is being recorded, what’s your full name, you’ll be getting a letter in the mail” proceeds to hang up.

Definitely have no outstanding debt or loan so I know for 100% assurance this is a scam artist business - Wolf Of Wall Street all over again.

I have a debt report on my credit and when i went to look into the details provided no info to verify anything. I went to email them they asked for my social security and phone number, when I only provided my address she said she couldn’t find anything under that address and said to call an 800 number. I’ve sent 2 emails since, no response. Don’t give these people and do not give them ANY of your information.

Absolute lunatics. I got a call for something - total scam- guy was nasty and stoned as could be asking for date of birth address social sec etc - I asked what they were calling about- they hung up. I feel badly for those who fall for it. No thanks

SCAMMERS! Beware of this company! Hang up on them right away. If they show up on your credit report, dispute them as FRAUD!
Non Fluent English Speaking Rude Person, threatens to ruin my credit and wants to hustle me to pay someone else’s medical bill! When I reply, “that’s not my responsibility” She responds back rudely,
“GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!” Then hangs up!?
This is a Fraudulent Company,, report them to BBB, FTC, YELP, and don’t forget to leave a review 0 STARS!!! Phoenix Financial Services STOP HARASSING ME!

Great investment with great analyst. A lot of the 1 star reviews on here are from people who have been molested by a company of the same name that does DEBT COLLECTION - they are not the same. One is a full service investment bank and the other an ad-hoc debt collection agency. Don’t confuse the two!

Desperate collectors constantly calling to pay a debt that of course mostly there a millions struggling for a living and tries to tell me how we living, are we gonna keep working on same job like what? There is this problem that is going on occurring globally affecting the economy is there money for debt to collect when there is basic necessities individuals have to purchase. Rude people when you respond to them normally.

They offer access to alternative investments that are not generic and they provide creative advice on tax planning that isn't cookie cutter.
