The worst company , they bill you with nondescript and bill you 5 month later . Nursing homes use this company is the worst. They charged 8 times the cost of meds. Example if medication is $20 they charge $160 unbelievable for elderly to be treated like this . I am filing a complaint against this company

I can't give them any statrs, they are by far the wost company I have ever delt with. They serviced my mother though a long term car facility. While they seem to supply the facility ok, their billing is the worst. They make you wait on the phone, they keep repreating the same messages, none of which they can do. You never get someone who can help so they cold transfer to someone else and you have to wait all over agian. Their website is a joke. It does not show the current balance, the auto pay takes out money even when you ahve a credit balance, the monhtly bill isn't processed until the 15th of the following month so you never really know what you owe. If they say inovative technology one more time I will puke! Assiatance is never just moments away.

I really want to give this company -100 rating so bad because since last year they have been calling my company and sending wrong bill to us and each time I told them we are not Triumph Home care for several times and keeps going until collection start calling,I have called them and write so many ways but not resolved,I can’t believe how business like this can have a lot of misinformation I hope they don’t send wrong medication to there client without doing their due diligence and still they keep sending this bill non stop,I called twice today and this bunch of quacks keeps transferring multiple times without even telling me and I was unable to talk to one single person to resolve this,I already file a complaint on BBB,after this I think we will be taking a legal steps on them .

“Money Grabbers” They’ll charge you hundreds for even vitamins where you can easily get month supply for less than $10. Avoid their service!

My mom is on a bladder medication and her assisted living facility ordered it through Pharmscript. They never inquired about insurance coverage. Now they are trying to charge a crazy amount for a generic drug. They are charging $160.00 for what usually costs her around $6.00 at a very well known retail chain. And rude, dismissive customer service. We'll go elsewhere.

Pharmscript is billing us for medications covered at 100% under our United Healthcare and Tricare for Life programs. I've filed a complaint with the PA Attorney General for the second time. Use someone else! Had to check one star to post, but they should get no stars.

Horrible customer service. Over 1 hour hold times!!! Billing are idiots, they don't know how to process address changes. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
